LA BASED VIDEOGRAPER

ACE Creatives is looking for an organized and creative videographer for a variety of projects with a diverse range of clients. We are looking for someone who is able to understand client brand guidelines and creatively work to produce captivating visual assets. The selected candidate must also be up to date with industry trends and tools to create innovative and memorable videos.

SALARY: $60,000 - $75,000

Key Responsibilities

Shoot videos at set locations

Ensure that equipment for a shoot is present and working properly.

Plan the shoot with the client and creative/strategy teams

Assist with editing footage in post-production.

Direct other camera operators so that the needed footage is acquired

Assist as needed with setting up and breaking down sets including arranging furniture, styling props, etc.

Determine equipment necessary for each shoot including cameras, lights, audio, and video recorders, microphones, and props

Upload and maintain video assets in our digital asset management system

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of videography experience.

  • Must have a reel or portfolio of work to demonstrate skills and abilities

  • Ability to manage multiple projects of varying complexities, meet deadlines, and work well under pressure

  • Create high-quality multimedia story-telling using videography, photography that accurately informs entertains for social media

  • Expert of video equipment & video editing software

  • Strong understanding of lighting techniques and ability to effectively light in a variety of settings and situations

  • Interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work cross functionally and be a team player

  • Experience in digital video or television

LA BASED PRODUCER

We are looking for a highly skilled and dynamic Producer to oversee the production process from inception to completion. The Producer will be responsible for managing all aspects of  projects, including budgeting, scheduling, coordinating talent, resources, and ensuring that the projects meets the creative, financial, and logistical requirements. This position requires strong leadership, organization, and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of the production process.

SALARY RANGE: $75,000 - $85,000

Job Requirements

Project Management: Oversee the full production cycle, from concept to delivery. Ensure deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met while working on multiple projects simultaneously.

Budgeting and Scheduling: Develop and manage production budgets, timelines, receipt tracking and schedules. Identify cost-saving measures without compromising quality.

Team Coordination: Assemble and manage production teams, including directors, writers, designers, actors, and technical crew. Facilitate clear communication and collaboration across all departments.

Creative Direction: Work closely with the creative team to ensure the projects align with its vision and goals. Provide feedback and suggestions during the development and production process.

Logistics and Resources: Coordinate logistics, locations, equipment, and other resources necessary for production. Create and format all call sheets, shot lists, schedules and any additional documents needed.

Risk Management: Anticipate and resolve potential issues or obstacles that may arise during production, ensuring minimal disruption, while maintaining budget within your control.

Client and Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and production partners. Ensure that expectations are managed and that progress reports are provided.

Post-Production Oversight: Oversee post-production processes such as editing, sound design, and final delivery. Ensure that the final product aligns with the original vision and meets all requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in a production role (film, television, advertising, or digital media. Experience with social production preferred).

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred (Film, Media, Communications, or a related field).

  • Skills:

    • Strong leadership and team management skills.

    • In-depth knowledge of the production process (pre-production, production, and post-production). Experience in social production preferred. 

    • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

    • Excellent problem-solving, time management and people skills 

    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and strong attention to detail.

    • Basic knowledge of contracts 

    • Experience with budget/cost analysis reports

    • Proficiency with Google Drive, Excel and Telegram

    • Attributes: Creative, organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable.

Working Conditions:

    • Remote (LA based)

    • Full-time position, with the possibility of irregular hours based on production needs.

    • Ability to travel up to 50% per month on behalf of the company.

CREATIVE DIRECTOR

We are seeking an innovative and visionary Creative Director to lead and inspire our creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing high-level creative strategies across various platforms, ensuring consistent and engaging brand messaging. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft compelling visual and experiential narratives that resonate with our audience and elevate the brand.

SALARY RANGE: $85,000

Job Requirements

Creative Vision & Strategy: Lead the development of creative social concepts and strategies that align with the brand’s goals and market positioning. Oversee creative direction for campaigns, ensuring creativity is at the forefront of all campaigns.

Team Leadership & Collaboration: Manage and mentor a team of designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals. Foster a collaborative environment, providing constructive feedback and helping team members grow in their roles while ensuring a cohesive visual identity across all channels

Campaign Development: Collaborate with writers, producers, videographers and editors to bring the creative concepts to life. Lead brainstorming sessions to create compelling and shareable content for social media platforms.

Brand Stewardship: Ensure all social media content and campaigns adhere to brand guidelines, legal requirements, and industry standards, while also exploring opportunities to push creative boundaries within those constraints.

Client & Stakeholder Interaction: Work closely with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to understand their needs, communicate creative concepts, and ensure that projects are delivered on time and to high standards. Maintain a high level of professionalism at all times with clients, talent, and co-workers.

Innovation & Trends: Stay ahead of social media trends and emerging platforms, providing recommendations on how to leverage new opportunities to enhance a brand's online presence.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Ability to think creatively while taking ownership and responsibility for their work along with excellent critical thinking skills.

  • A strong portfolio showcasing innovative and successful campaigns across various media platforms.

  • Proficiency in creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).

  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual composition.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience managing budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships.

  • Ability to lead and inspire a creative team while maintaining a hands-on role in the creative process.

Preferred Skills:

  • High attention to detail and strong critical thinking skills

  • Experience in motion graphics, video production, or interactive design.
